When an email we send to a customer bounces or fails, nobody tells us. That covers quotes, invoices, reminders and automation emails. The bounce notice goes to noreply@emailcopilotcrm.com , so we only find out when a customer calls asking where their quote or invoice is. What we'd like: Bounce alert. When a customer email bounces, send a notification to the company's business email and show it in the in-app notification bell. Include the customer name, the email address, what was sent (quote #, invoice #, or the automation name) and the bounce reason. Flag the customer record. Mark the customer's email as "Bounced / Invalid" on their profile so the office sees it the next time they open the account. Automation trigger. Add an "Email Bounced / Delivery Failed" trigger. Then we could create a to-do automatically, or text the customer asking for a correct email address. Why it matters: right now our only option is checking Automation History by hand, and that doesn't cover emails sent outside automations. Missed quotes and invoices cost us jobs and slow down payments.
