The ability to assign a separate, dedicated billing email address for customers that is different from their primary contact email. Many of our larger commercial clients require invoices to be sent directly to a specific accounting or billing department email rather than the main contact on the account.

We would love the ability to set a different email for our corporate customers so the invoices always go to their accounting departments when they're automatically sent monthly. We do the automatic sending monthly, but it goes to the main email and even with the CC the accounting departments rarely see it. I have to manually send to the CC email if I want them to get it directly from us. Otherwise, the main contact has to remember to send it over. Too easy for human error.

I would like the ability to specify a separate email address for invoices. Many of my contractors send their invoices to Accounts Payable, but want estimates and job-related messages sent directly to them. This would allow invoices to reach the proper department while keeping other communications personal and targeted.
