I currently use housecall pro and would like to see voice calling as an option in homeworks to switch in case a technician needs to call a customer i dont want 2 softwares for that

Isnt that already possible in fieldforce?

Jeremy Mathews - Not really. If the crew member calls from FF it completes the call using their phone service. What that means is that it calls from the employees phone number, using their service plan, and leaving you zero records inside Homeworks.

Brian Rand Thanks for expanding on that, Brian, I really agree that that would be a massive feature and game changer for homeworks. Setting it aside from the others within the industry!

Jeremy Mathews I agree! Lots of great suggestions have been made around improving communication with the customers. I always upvote those. Communication through FF does have lots of potential, but current functionality falls a bit short in my opinion:
