Currently, customers will try to attach pictures to a text and they do not know we can't see them, and we do not know they have been sent. We either need to make this possible, or there needs to be a message sent to owner/customer saying that pictures are not available with texting and should be sent via email. This has been frustrating on both ends.

It’s dumb that pictures don’t come through when a client texts them.
