Currently, Field Force has a three-dot menu at the bottom of the screen that allows employees to select "Text Customer," "Call Customer," or "Send an Upsell." While owners can restrict employees from sending upsells, there is currently no option to restrict their ability to call or text customers. I believe this is a problem for two reasons: First, these calls and texts are sent from the employee's personal phone number, with no record of the communication in Homeworks. This creates a gap in accountability and gives owners no visibility into what is being communicated to their customers. Second, it creates an unnecessary risk of employees contacting customers outside the business, whether that's unprofessional communication or intentionally soliciting customers for side work. My request is simple: Remove the call and text options from FF entirely, or at minimum, give owners the ability to disable them through employee permissions. Owners should have control over which employees can contact their customers and how those communications take place. Respectfully, Brian Rand
