When viewing a customer account in HomeWorks, the Jobs section is divided into four tabs: Recurring, One-Time, Quick Dispatch, and Job History. These groupings are helpful, but the Job History tab is missing an important piece of information: job status. Currently, there isn't an easy way to distinguish between jobs that were completed, closed, and invoiced versus jobs that were skipped and never invoiced. These are two very different outcomes, but they aren't easily distinguishable when reviewing a customer's job history. Suggested Improvement: Add a Status column to the existing Job History table so users can quickly identify the status of each job without opening it individually. This would only be necessary in the Job History tab, since jobs in the other three tabs are already open. Why This Matters: When reviewing a customer's account, we often need to understand what services were actually performed and billed versus which ones were skipped. Making job status visible directly in the table would save time, reduce unnecessary clicks, and make it much easier to understand a customer's service history at a glance. Love Always, Brian Rand
