It would be nice to link the text button to the two way texting in HW. I'm constantly having to switch back and forth between field force app and Copilot app

Hello, you can currently click the customer phone number on the Property Tab in Field Force, which pops up the ability to contact the customer. Matt, let me know if you're looking for something else.

Josh Kahle What happens when you click it? Mine says this. I think it might be because Field Force doesn’t ask for that permission, but I’m not sure lol.

Seth Bell-Eros, you may have accidentally declined the app’s request to “Send and view SMS messages” when you first installed it. Can you check your perms on your phone?

Josh Kahle I deleted and reinstalled the app, made sure all permissions were granted, and it's still coming back with an error. It does not ask for sms access.

Josh Kahle MY BAD! - this request came from my GM and he's actually using the Homeworks app. Not the FF app. FF works great - just tested it myself.
