MCP/API Feedback

Right now, the AI agent is unable to change customer status. For those of us that have transferred data from another company or a company we purchased, the AI agent is unable to inactivate customers. AI Agent was able to identify customers that have not received an invoice from 2025-2026 but is unable to change customer status

I have AI doing my daily dispatching. A human dispatcher will know how long a return to property or yellow slip will take but the AI does not. If we assign budgeted hours in the normal field, than this will distort employee P4P, since return to property/yellow slips should not issue additional budgeted time
