Add some sort of alert banner to the top of the web app to communicate when there is a major issue with Homeworks, such as the mobile app bug today causing jobs to not show completed and then creating invoices with duplicate items. This allows users to learn about important problems without having to go to the FB group. The banner can have a link to learn more about the issue or next steps for users to take in response to it, like "check all your invoices today for duplicate events".
