There should be a way to add a time to a visit from the dash board without having to go edit the visit and put a time in and then go back to the dash board. for instance we are scheduling sprinkler blow outs. i put them on the schedule for a day and then optimize the route. Customers want a time you are going to show up. So after I optimize the route i have to go into each visit and edit it and put a time and then go back to the dispatch board and then individually text each customer to let them know their time slot. That make it extremely time consuming.

We do irrigation blow outs too, there doesn't seem to be an easy way to route these appts via dash board so I am having to route them manually. I too wish there was a better way to route appt times. I give them a 2 hour window.
