We need a "Service Item" tag really bad! We do more than 1 service item per visit and it varies from visit to visit. There is no way for our customers to know which item is happening on the day of each service. I get asked DAILY (I'm not exaggerating) what service we are going to do at their house this time. I don't think it's reasonable to go into each visit and rename them as we have over 2000 properties we are doing mutiple services for. Even if it was listed in the customer portal, that would be extremely helpful. The portal only shows a couple of visits in the future and it doesn't say what service items are happening that visit. Please give us a Service Item tag that we can put in our reminder text/email templates that we send out to our customers prior to the event. Thank you!
