Require at least one line item to be selected before a customer can approve an estimate

Right now, a customer can approve an estimate without selecting any line items. Many customers don’t realize they’re supposed to choose specific items, especially when an estimate offers several optional choices.
The result is an “approved” estimate with $0 of approved work. We then have to go back to the customer to find out what they actually want, which delays the job and makes the approval feel meaningless.
Requested change: Add a setting to require at least one line item to be selected before the Approve button works. If nothing is selected, show a clear prompt such as “Please select the items you’d like us to proceed with.”
Why it matters: Any business that sends multi-option estimates (tiers, add-ons, alternatives) runs into this. It would cut down on follow-up calls, prevent false approvals, and speed up scheduling.
