Remove running paid total from client portal

In the client portal, the running paid total is causing confusion among clients. They often mistake it for a lump sum payment, and new clients are particularly confused by this display. Additionally, showing the total amount paid over the life of the account might encourage clients to discontinue services due to budget concerns. It would be beneficial to remove this feature to prevent misunderstandings and potential client loss.

It should be removed from client portal. Less is more. No client will ever ask “just curious what is my lifetime value as a client?” This is only useful for us internally. It should have never been included on the client portal in the first place…in my humble opinion.

There seems to be no good reason for showing a client how much they have spent with us over the course of several years. Often this can add up to tens of thousands of dollars. This can lead to sticker shock if they look back and see one massive number, not remembering all the differnent services that have been provided. I don't know any other company that keeps a tracker of how much you've spent with them, let alone put it front and center to the customer.

The customer should not be shown their life time spend with us on the payments page. Large lifetime spends encourage them to consider a lower priced competitors, or to do it themselves.
