Instead of every service item appearing on the invoice. Just say monthly service agreement and the dollar amount. Managers get confused when they see they are paying for lawn service in December.

I made a feature request a long time ago to add merge tags to invoices. You can name it whatever you want. For example, if I use “Monthly Maintenance Service [Month], [Year]”, the merge tags would automatically populate the current month and year, showing something like “Monthly Maintenance Service August 2026.”

We are in California and we do level billing contracts year round. We would like to have the ability to stop or cancel the contract when there is a cancellation. This would also accurately portray the churn number. Also it would be helpful when the crews close out jobs/visits they are recorded on the monthly invoice automatically.
