The ability to move things around in the KPI Cockpit is needed to be able to readily see things at the top of the page that matter most to me. I'd also like to be able to set up very specific KPI's to my business and break out by type of job - landscape, mowing, snow, etc. Thank you!

Agreed! Customization on the KPI cockpit allows the business owner or GM to focus on the KPIs they value. Widgets should be draggable easily hidden or minimized. The software should save the changes for the user until they change them again manually. There could be a 'default' button that undoes all customizations also. Thanks!
