When an invoice is created from an estimate, the estimate status changes from ACCEPTED → INVOICED. That status value is not included in the unscheduled work filter. So the accepted, but unscheduled jobs on the estimate do not appear on the Unscheduled Work page.

The "Not Scheduled" tag on the estimate itself is driven by the estimate line item eventStatus fields, which remain NO_EVENT. Can we change the Unscheduled Work page to show all unscheduled jobs, as the page name implies, for accepted and invoiced estimates (and any other estimate statuses that apply)?
