If there was a better identifier to show a customer is inactive that would be great. For instance, when you open an inactive customer, the word "inactive" is red or the name is red, or something that makes it stand out more. Reason being is that you can easily miss that they are inactive and still schedule services for them when you're doing your first of year scheduling.
