Improved Sales Funnel

Moving a customer through a "funnel" currently requires too much manual data entry. Marking the customer type as "lead", then changing it to remove them from the leads category. Once an invoice is paid their estimate still shows up in the estimate page right alongside pending estimates without some manual filtering. It would be nice if a new customer was automatically put into a "leads" category, an estimate triggers them to filter further, and then a job or invoice turns them into a "customer" and the invoice being paid kicks the estimate into a completed category automatically. The default view of a CRM should naturally only show an active sales funnel, things that can be pushed toward completion. I find Copilot has just mass data by default and makes it hard to get a clear picture of current state of open tasks. Coming from a dealership background and now business management I have worked with several CRM's for multiple industries and would love to work further with Copilot team to get a more intuitive design.

Prospect, warm lead, Project client to mowing upsell list and Mowing client to project upsell list. Basically like a reach-out list, follow-up list and a upsell list where you can drag and drop like a visit on the schedule but in the estimates/leads/funnel pages
