Automatically Include Service Dates on Level Billing Invoices

Allow level billing invoices to automatically attach visits and display all service dates on the invoice, so monthly invoices can be sent without requiring manual edits. This restores the previous functionality that many clients relied on for clarity and convenience.

Our main complaint right now! The line items on the level billings are assigned random rates to equal the monthly price.
So we can not pull accurate reports and customers think we are charging a different price per service than accurate.
Think it needs set up like SA where the customer doesn't see any rate by the line item services.
Would also like for our customers to see the dates of each line item service performed for a level billing on there invoice.
