Every time a note is entered anywhere, a timestamp should automatically be attached to it. Call notes, Customer Notes, Notes For Dispatcher, Property Notes. Literally any field you can type in on the platform should throw a time stamp of date and time when it was entered.

This is a simple first step towards badly needed audit trails.
