'd love to see the option to automatically carry over the notes from an estimate when creating a visit from that estimate.

My suggestion would be to add a prompt during the "Create Visit" process that asks:

"Would you like to copy the estimate notes to this visit?"

Yes – Copy all estimate notes into the visit notes.

No – Create the visit without copying the notes.
