Users would like the ability to automatically add a configurable online payment convenience fee to invoices when customers choose to pay online.

Currently, Homeworks only passes processing fees through for eligible credit card transactions, and debit card processing fees cannot be passed on due to legal requirements. As an alternative, users would like the option to apply a separate convenience fee that is independent of the card processing fee.
