Right now, the job title field allows you to type as many words as you want. After clicking save, any words beyond the system’s limit are automatically deleted.

This can be frustrating because there’s no warning while typing.

Suggested improvement:

Add a warning or character counter when the job title approaches the limit so users know they’re about to exceed it before saving.
