Add Support for British Columbia's Permanent Pacific Time (PCT)

British Columbia moved to permanent Pacific Time (PCT, UTC−07:00) on November 1, 2026, eliminating seasonal clock changes.

Currently, the time zone settings only offer Pacific Time (US & Canada), which continues to switch between UTC−8 and UTC−7.

Requested improvement:

Add a dedicated time zone option:

(UTC−07:00) Pacific Time (British Columbia)

This would ensure accurate scheduling year-round without requiring BC businesses to manually adjust their time zone settings.

Currently, selecting Arizona (UTC−07:00) provides a workaround, but it's not an ideal long-term solution.

I've attached a screenshot showing how Windows already supports British Columbia's new time zone.

This update would benefit BC businesses using the platform and help prevent scheduling errors.
