You do NOT have anywhere close to enough reports available, at least reports that are worthwhile for analyzing my business. There needs to be the ability to create more reports

This is a key part of our workflow that is missing. A key in having tags is the ability to sort those customers and then pull a seperate report to work from.

also there export system for anything is garbage. Would love to see some better development on exports something that is so easy to implement. If you filter certain things you should be able to export just those that are filtered.
